Logistics and delivery

Every order will be handled by reliable logistics and delivery providers to ensure your package arrives. Most items offer 5-10 days delivery with full tracking. 

Fast delivery

Items marked on their detail page with a label "Fast delivery" are assured to arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you experience any issues, you can apply for one of the following compensation.
In the event of customs clearance delays, inspections, strikes, or other governmental acts, the latest estimated delivery date and the committed refund date will be automatically adjusted. The extension period will align with the actual time spent on customs inspections and strike-related disruptions for the specific order.

Refund if items arrive damaged

Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.

Refund for packages lost in transit

Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Refund if not delivered after 35 days

If your package isn't delivered within 35 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all window cleaning robots purchased from our official website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-human-caused malfunctions.
